Have u ever had an experience with a bizzarre experiment???!!!
today was one such experience for me. i'm at a learner level with immunofluorescence technique n have done few IF experiments only, and my PPAR antibodies were working good, my in vitro cells were well cultured but experienced the downside of lab experiments today :(( I tried some different antibody n the goddamit antibody wasn't the working kind. DISASTER man! disaster..for me atleast. having put hell lotta effort..taking care of each bloody step, following rigid protocol n end-result, no signal!! kinda heart-broken for that. but never mind, it just strenghtens the belief that sometimes u dont get exactly wat u want or expect in life..aha!! life similarises so much with my experiments..so guys, be prepared, and always be ready not only for expected results but the unexpected too. And dont forget, there's always next time...So never give up.
